We host paella workshops three times a week: Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 11:00 AM.
In each class, we prepare two types of Mediterranean rice dishes, using a variety of fresh ingredients.
You’ll follow traditional recipes closely, learning the exact techniques that bring each dish to life.

We have created a welcoming space where people can get together and improve their cooking skills. We offer classes for children, for local people as well as foreign visitors. Our space is divided into two parts, a cooking area, as well as a dining area where people can relax and enjoy the fruits of their culinary labour.
We are located in the traditional neighbourhood of Carabanchel Alto, which is well-connected by underground ( metro line 11) and blue city bus (line 35 from Plaza Mayor).
