Aprende a hacer las tortillas a mano, tinga de pollo, salsas, guacamole
En este taller prepararemos unos tacos y una riquísima tinga de pollo para disfrutar cocinando auténtica comida mexicana. Además, para taquear en condiciones, no pueden faltar salsas picantes y suaves. Prepararemos pico de gallo, cebolla encurtida con habanero, guacamole y salsa roja.
Terminaremos la sesión con una degustación de los tacos recién hechos.

The course includes all the ingredients and equipment necessary to prepare the recipes.
We’ll provide you with an apron — just bring a container if you’d like to take home any leftovers.
After cooking, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the dishes we've prepared and share a great time around the table.
Savor the local food and traditions
During the preparation time and after the cooking is finished, you'll enjoy tasting the dishes alongside the other participants.
The course includes drinks such as wine, beer, or soft drinks (one or two per person, depending on the activity).
